TH-2T5L/F series automatic blow molding machine is a two-step blow-type automatic blow molding machine of our factory. It can blow 2L container from one out to one, and it can blow 2L container. Blown 25 ml to 2 liter multi-function automatic blow molding equipment. It is suitable for the packaging of edible oil bottles, carbonated beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, cosmetic bottles and large-diameter bottles of any shape made of PET plastic.
Machine features:
1. Adopt advanced microcomputer control system with stable performance;
2, using infrared light tube heating, strong penetrating power, the preform is rotated and heated, the track is revolved, heating is uniform, fast and reliable;
3. The width and height of the lamp tube and heating zone in the heating zone can be adjusted to suit the warming of the preforms of different structures, and there is an automatic temperature discharge device to ensure the constant temperature of the drying tunnel;
4. Each mechanical action has a safety self-locking device. When a certain process fails, the program will automatically switch to a safe state;
