Celebrating 25 years in 2011, Intrepid Theatre is the not-for-profit, professional alternative theatre company that produces the Victoria Fringe Theatre Festival, Uno Fest: Canada’s Singular Live Theatre Event, and the Intrepid Theatre Presentation Series.

Intrepid opened the Metro Studio as a new home for these and other cultural must-haves from Victoria and beyond in May 2005. We are currently expanding our community initiatives to offer The YOU Show, a Writer’s Unit to develop local scribes and a Community Box Office, Ticket Rocket.

Our Extended Family

Each year we have a few hundred lovely and talented volunteers help us run our onsite box offices, venues and general programming. They are an absolutely essential part of making what we do possible.

We recruit the most volunteers for the Fringe Fest, starting early July-early September.
